Rachel Bayer advises sponsors and investors on private equity, venture capital, real estate and credit funds, as well as small business investment companies (SBICs).
Rachel’s practice primarily involves representing fund sponsors across a wide range of formation, governance, operational and regulatory matters. She also advises large institutions on potential investments and negotiations with fund sponsors.
Rachel is also passionate about her pro bono practice, with a specific focus on gun violence prevention and working with survivors of domestic violence.
