Welcome to the future – the Metaverse and NFTs
We are delighted to invite you to a lunchtime seminar taking place on Tuesday, 25 April 2023, where speakers from our Hong Kong office will walk you through the major trends, pressing issues, and best practices on doing business in the Metaverse and dealing with Non-Fungible Tokens or "NFTs."
During this seminar, we will give an introduction to the Metaverse and NFTs, followed by addressing the potential risks and concerns, including:
- Protecting and enforcing your brand in the Metaverse.
- Data privacy and financial regulations on NFTs.
- Service via NFTs, recognition of NFTs as property capable of being protected by injunctions and court hearings in the Metaverse.
