Josh is an Associate in our commercial litigation team in London, specialising in general commercial and product liability disputes.
Josh has experience representing clients in complex and high value disputes in the automotive, life sciences and technology sectors. Josh has a particular specialism for English group litigation, and is currently acting on a high profile group action in the High Court.
Josh also advises clients on product regulatory issues, including assisting them in their correspondence with regulators.
Representative experience
Representing a vehicle manufacturer in respect of a large group action brought on behalf of individual claimants alleging that their diesel vehicles were fitted with impermissible “defeat devices”.
Representing a biotech company in their claim against a contract research organisation following the failure of a large-scale multi-centre Phase III clinical trial.
