Shervin Mir Marashi advises national and international clients in the field of M&A and on general corporate law matters. His practice focuses on the negotiation and implementation of M&A transactions of all kinds, including Venture Capital and Private Equity.
Shervin graduated in law from the University of Regensburg and joined us as an Associate in March 2024. He already deepened his knowledge of M&A and corporate law during his traineeship at a leading global automotive company and as a Research Assistant at our firm.
