Noah Ramirez is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on complex commercial disputes. He represents a broad range of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and nonprofits, navigating high-stakes litigation with diligence, clarity, and poise. Known for his ability to remain calm under pressure, Noah brings both strategic insight and approachability to every client interaction—qualities that help him build trust quickly and advocate effectively.
Before joining the firm, Noah worked on national political campaigns, supported non-profits in their pursuit of providing access to legal representation, and partnered with civil rights organizations to advance equitable policy. That same sense of purpose now drives his work in the courtroom and in service of his clients’ business goals.
Noah earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was a senior member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Law Review. Noah is a thoughtful, people-first advocate who enjoys working closely with clients to solve problems, strengthen their businesses, and move forward with confidence.
